A graded curriculum in art and craft, provides the students with many opportunities to explore their own creativity, through guidance of techniques. Students are encouraged to participate in competitions to sharpen their creative skills. Each pupil has an art sketchbook in which they practise their skills such as sketching and colour mixing. They also apply their skills to create artwork for display throughout the school. Art is also linked to other areas of the curriculum.

As a part of their science or life skills curriculum students grow vegetables and maintain The Deens garden.
