The team of Ms.Shanthi Menon (Principal) will be instrumental in the effective administration and management of The Deen’s Academy.

With a number of enriching years in the field of education and a successful stint at setting up and running an ICSE school of repute in Whitefield Bangalore, Ms Menon brings with her the expertise to establish The Deen’s Academy, a CBSE school of preference in Bangalore.

She will be assisted in this endeavour by Ms. Maya A R (Vice Principal), Ms Rajani Vellore (Coordinator) and experienced teachers, well-tuned to the needs of a child in today’s world.

TEACHING STAFF
Active participation by a caring faculty, committed to academic progress and to creating worthy individuals in society, ensures effective implementation of the programme.

A continuous in-service training helps the teachers keep abreast of the latest in teaching technology and to ensure their own growth in the school community. Towards this end all teachers of Deen’s Academy took part in TTF’s (The Teacher Foundation) Sustained Teacher Development Program. The main aim of this training program was to expose all the teachers to the latest in educational practices as well as to equip the teachers with the necessary skills and strategies so as to enhance their personal effectiveness in the classroom.

Quarterly appraisals aid in updating a skill matrix, based on which, there are training sessions for teachers, ensuring vertical growth in all levels.
