- Art/craft /pottery
We provide the students with many opportunities to explore their own creativity

- Music/dance
Students gain skills through active learning while developing melody and rhythm. They are provided with a wide range of choices and students are encouraged to make an informed choice from those options

- Theatre
Focuses on the use of voice modulations, self expression and concentration as they mime and act out their favourite stories in a contemporary studio with lighting and acoustics

- Enhancement programmes
During the evenings and the holidays the Deens welcomes its students and children from around to dive into our exciting enhancement programmes

- Gardening
To be one with nature and to nurture a life! Children learn conservation through growing their own vegetable and fruit plants and taking the ‘’harvest’ home!

- Sports
Playing basketball or throwball, tennis or skating, football or cricket- the children engage in sporting activities to imbibe the joy of the outdoors and the spirit of sportsmanship

- Yoga
Students are gently eased into the art of relaxing and of chiselling the intellect

- Swimming
W ith a separate splash pool for the absolute babies and a full fledged pool for the older babies, swimming is compulsory on the Deens agenda
