Niranjana Devanathan

Our Deputy Vice Principal  who is also officiating as the Head mistress of the Primary section presently has a Masters in Applied Operations Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics  from Delhi University as well as a B-Ed. She worked with Hewlett-Packard as a Data Scientist for over 5 years  prior to joining Deens. She has been with Deens since 2015.

Niranjana is a passionate English teacher who makes the subject come alive with stories and her infectious enthusiasm. She believes that  the classroom should be a safe and fun space for students to share views and opinions without the fear of being judged. Her boundless energy, ability to leverage technology and build connections with students, co-workers and stakeholders sets her apart.

Niranjana is the quintessential foodie who loves to try new cuisines and cooks to decompress and relax. Besides this, she enjoys listening to old Hindi film music and spending time with her family
