Ext. Home Task Policy

Extended Home Tasks are given to reinforce concepts taught during the day or week and involve assignments that encourage the child’s creativity, critical thinking, and application of learning. In kindergarten and primary school, Extended Home Tasks are administered through a subject rotation system to ensure a balanced workload. They may also include the preparation of simple projects, models, presentations, or other creative tasks related to classroom learning. Extended Home Tasks are to be completed independently by the child and submitted according to the schedule set by the teacher. They are not synonymous with the daily revision that all children are expected to do as part of their regular learning routine.
