Our sizeable fleet of over 115 vehicles comprise of our efficient and well-organized in-house transport system. Our Transport staff consists of 120 Drivers, 100+ Bus Boys and 100 bus matrons. All members of our staff receive extensive routine training in driving, housekeeping and first aid. A matron accompanies children in every trip. She is trained regularly to handle every contingency and ensures the safety of all children under her care.

Bus pick ups normally commence around 7am and drop facility is there for KiDeens at 12:30pm, most of the school at 2:45-3:30pm and 4pm-4:45pm for students availing integrated courses.

Efficiently mapped-out bus routes ensure that children spend the least amount of time traveling to and from school. Every bus is fitted with seat belts, speed governors and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) allowing constant tracking and communication. They are undertaken as per the guidelines and norms of The Supreme Court of India and Regional Transport Office Karnataka Transportation.

Please find the transport fees for the next academic year 2024-25. The transport fee is calculated for 10 months that is June 2024 to March 2025 and is divided into two terms of 5 months each. Term 1 is from June to October and term 2 is from November to March. Please note as the due dates for payment are 25th March for new admission and 5th May for existing students for term 1 and 5th October for term 2. A late fee of Rs 500 per day will be charged after the due date.

If you wish to clarify the bracket within which your residence falls, kindly feel free to write to Mr.Atiq Mohiuddin director facilities at df@deensacademy.com / transport@deensacademy.com along with the following details,

We have the facility of online transfer so parents have the option of paying online or by cheque. If paying online then please mail the transaction details once paid to accounts@deensacademy.com/ transport@deensacademy.com. Please mention the following details in your mail.

1) Transaction Number (UTR),  2) Date of transaction,  3) Bank Name, Amount

4) Student Name,  5) Grade  6) Campus

If paying by cheque then Cheques should be in the name of Deens Academy Transportation Account”. Please mention your child’s name, grade and section behind the cheque and drop it at school Whitefield campus / Kideens Borewell Road / Kideens Ramagondanahalli / Gunjur campus or in the dropbox available on the bus. Request you to take a picture of the cheque and send us by mail before dropping it in the dropbox. You can pay the fee at the fee counter only between 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. You can also check the fee payable through the parent portal of Eduflex: https://eduflex.co.in/portal/?_proj=THEDEENS.

We would like to plan bus routes depending on the number of students availing of this facility for the next academic session. We, therefore, request you, as a confirmation of enrolment, to kindly deposit a cheque or transfer online to the below bank account on or before 25th March for new admission and 5th May 2024 for existing students. The fee collected as per the bracket is for 10 months and starts from 1st of June. Those parents who have taken admission in grade 9 and above may contact us if they require transport in April and May 2024. 

Seats will be allotted to children on the basis of the confirmation vide payment. This will also help us plan additional bus deployment on the routes that may have congestion.
