“The Deens Academy ‘s vision is to empower each child to achieve academic, physiological and artistic excellence through, a creative outlook and a balanced point of view, in an environment that is stimulating, challenging and grounded in values. Every child passing out of Deens Academy is a complete individual, ready to meet the challenges of an ever-changing global environment.”
Deens Academy Gunjur has 5 sections of 3 grades of Kindergarten (PG/ LKG/ UKG). Our Kindergarten section is called KiDeens. We also offer Grade 1- 12 in CBSE format with JEE & NEET supported coaching.
Admissions to the Deens Academy Gunjur are processed throughout the year wherever there is a vacancy. As we are not adding any new sections to this campus, new admissions will therefore be based purely on seats vacated due to transfers.
Kindly note that we will not entertain applications from other branches on the basis of request to transfer into the Whitefield campus in the future.
Our admission processes timelines for the academic year starting June 2026 are published. Our school is bound by the numbers we like to maintain. We have 30 children in each of the 5 sections for Grades 1-12.
Children from KDGJ graduate to Gunjur main campus to fill in the 30 seats of Grade 1. In KiDeens, we have around 20-25 children in each section for KiDeens based on the size of the room in that campus.
They are normally full capacity and admissions are mostly processed on the basis of transfers or withdrawals.
Most of the vacancies or movements from the school occur in the months of January to March. Due to this, we publish waitlist forms which will be activated online on different dates between November & December for each section of school separately. This list is used to source interested applicants as soon as vacancies arise. There is no pre-booking or waitlist before the specified dates.
The waitlists forms for 2025-26 are closed now. There is no possibility of adding more numbers to the waitlists. Kindly drop us an email for any admissions related query.
Our responses on emails are faster acknowledged than any other modes of communication.
The admission process is managed by the admissions officers Ms Shweta Bhargava and Ms Surekha Vasureddy, whose physical office is located in the Gunjur campus. They can be contacted by email, admissions@deensacademy.com. They will assist you during the admission process.
