Gaury Daga graduated from Deens this year (2024). She is currently pursuing design from BITS, Design school, Mumbai.
The Chancellor’s Dinner for BITS Design School Mumbai and BITS Law School, Mumbai was held on Sep 25, 2024.
Mr. Kumar Mangalam Birla, Chancellor of Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani led a conversation with the Deans and students, discussing leadership, innovation, and the future of design and business. Students had the opportunity to ask questions about entrepreneurship, design, law and the culture at the Aditya Birla Group.
Mr. Birla encouraged students to embrace challenges and highlighted how design can shape the world.In response to students’ questions he shared that he was inspired to start schools of Design, Management, and Law by the opportunity to leverage the legacy and reputation of BITS Pilani to create a transdisciplinary ecosystem.
Later the roles were reversed with Mr. Birla asking students about their aspirations. After the formal event the students got to interact directly with the Chancellor.
The event also saw the Chancellor scholarships awarded to four students from BITS Design School Mumbai

– Sampoorna Krishna
The evening was surely a moment of privilege for students.
